I AM are the two most powerful words on the planet because it declares you are no longer becoming… you are that… you have arrived… “I AM”. So be careful of the negative thoughts or phrases that follow after the statement “I Am”… because they will find you… and you will end up becoming that… on the other hand if you replace those negative thoughts and statements with positive affirmations or phrases these two words will eventually cultivate who you will become. For it is true there’s power of life and death in the tongue. Here’s your task for the week: Stand in front of the mirror and repeat “I AM” statements that include how you want to see yourself… it’s more powerful to repeat affirmations in the present tense… for example… I AM Blessed… I AM Increased…I AM Love… I Am Grateful… I AM Happy… just choose the affirmations that fit you… Say it with feeling… say it with passion… and watch the transformation!!!
